Quote Assistant is a private tool used by a single operator. It accesses the connected Gmail account only to read incoming emails, identify quote requests, apply labels, and send replies approved by the operator.
Email content is stored in a private database and sent to Anthropic's Claude API solely to analyze requests and draft replies. Data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
